ABOUT ME:  I am a Lebanon County native and live in a log cabin in the woods with my husband of 37 years, Raymond.  We have two adult daughters who each have purchased their own homes within the last few years so we are true “empty nesters” and are enjoying this new stage of our lives.  

When I am not helping my clients with their real estate needs, you can usually find me hiking and enjoying nature, traveling with my hubby and kids, or gathering with our very large extended family.  Our greatest joy is our 4 year old granddaughter who we see as often as we can!

With our ever-changing world comes ever-changing real estate markets and the ability to adapt is key. 

Several years ago, we experienced a very strong buyers-market, and listings would linger for weeks to months without selling.  My alliterative catch phrase at that time was… "Properly priced properties promptly produce promising prospective purchasers!" 

Today we are in a strong sellers-market where it is not unusual to have multiple offers on one property, so my catch phrase today is …"Prepared purchasers procure prime properties!" 

Whatever the market is doing, having a seasoned and knowledgeable agent guiding you through the process is the key to success.   I have proven marketing plans to help sellers get the most out of their listings and winning strategies to ensure my buyers beat out the competition!
